How to

Microwave for 60 seconds. Carefully remove from the microwave and shake around to disperse the heat evenly.
Not hot enough? Microwave in extra 20-second bursts until it's just right (heating times vary by microwave wattage).

For a cooling option, pop it in an air-tight bag and store in the freezer.
