Shipping policy

 Domestic shipping - Australia

We offer FREE tracked shipping in Australia if you spend more than AUD $80 dollars on one order, or more than $100 dollars on one order for FREE express tracked shipping.

Standard tracked shipping is a flat rate of AUD $10 if you spend less than AUD $80 dollars on one order.

You can expect 3-10 business days from when it leaves our warehouse, we ship your order through Australia Post.

Express tracked shipping is a flat rate of AUD $14 if you spend less than AUD $100 dollars on one order.

You can expect 1-4 business days from when it leaves our warehouse, we ship your order through Australia Post.

International shipping - New Zealand ONLY

We offer FREE tracked shipping in New Zealand if you spend more than NZD $100 dollars on one order.

Standard tracked shipping is a flat rate of NZD $20 if you spend less than NZD $100 dollars on one order.

You can expect 12-20 business days from when it leaves our warehouse, we ship your order through Australia Post.

 

Order confirmation

When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number. Please use the tracking number to track the process of delivery for a more precise time. If you do not receive your order within 30 business days of purchase, please contact us so we can follow it up for you.

Australia Post are trusted services, as such, FRUT will not refund or replace orders which have been scanned as delivered.
