Ingredients

Organic cassia cinnamon chips (33%), organic rooibos, organic angelica roots, organic ginger roots (9 %), organic cardamom pods (8%), natural vanilla bean flavouring, organic fennel seeds, organic whole cloves (3.5%), organic black peppercorns, organic nutmeg chips, organic blue cornflower.

How to

Place 1-2 teaspoons (5 to 10g) into a teapot or a cup. Add 250ml of hot water or hot milk (90-95°C), brew for 2-5 minutes, strain, and serve.

Drink 2-3 times a day.
Start on the first day of your period or 1 week leading up to your period
